Тоже всегда интересно, какой может быть смысл от почасовых начислений, если деп не включён в выплаты, а только по завершении работы возврат заявлен.. абсолютно никакого, разве что стимулировать на более высокую сумму, чтобы хоть чуток заметны были эти почасовые выплаты в 0.12%
