We understand your frustration as we are members as well and are experiencing the same issues with our accounts.
I have checked your account and found out that you have 4 pending withdrawal requests and still in the queue waiting their turn to be completed. Your withdrawals requested on 2012-10-18, 2012-10-20, 2012-10-29 and 2012-12-17 are in the queue and will be processed according to the order they are received. We can't give specific time frame for when it will be paid.
The new 48 hour withdrawal process has been implemented termed as the "bucket" system, and you can utilize this in a couple different ways.
First, you can keep your withdrawal in the Queue to be paid out when your turn has come, and also request another withdrawal to your Payment Processor through your bucket (or 48 hour process). If the limit is reached for that particular bucket and it becomes full, it will give you the option to either try another payment processor or proceed with your withdrawal to the queue. Please note that, if the bucket is currently full and the limit has been reached for the day, clicking to proceed with your withdrawal will place it in the queue instead. You can try again later or wait for another day to try your withdrawal through the bucket system once it is open. Please be advised that withdrawals in the queue are paid in the order in which they are received and there is no specific time limit for the withdrawal to be paid.
Second, if you just recently requested through the queue and you would like to possibly receive it quicker, then you can consider cancelling that withdrawal and requesting a new withdrawal request through the bucket.
$50.00 requests are allowed every 24 hours to be paid within 48 hours.
