As we send this email, we hope everybody is doing well. This email will be different from all previous newsletters and updates, so please read it carefully.
When we decided to open an autosurf program, we wanted to create a difference in this industry and rebuild the trust between users and admins. We have been able to successfully run the program for 5 months without any single major problem or delay in payouts. We have faced several obstacles in the way. Lately, we have faced several hacking attempts to our program. Some people even managed to access our admin panel and mess with some of the accounts. Some users had fake deposits while some others had a negative cash balance. We were always alert and were able to deal with all the problems and prevent them from damaging our autosurf. We were even setting plans to further strengthen our program and proceed with the success. However, it seems that some people only care about their very own interests and do all they can to destroy the honest, successful programs. One such person has targeted our program and succeeded in full filing his/her aim. We have received several emails from this person blackmailing us. Here we provide the text of the email:

Of course we refused to pay this person any cent. However, we were surprised to find out that egold has placed a limit on our egold account. We have phoned egold asking for clarification. It seems that several complaints have been sent to egold. We have provided them with all the required documents. What will happen next? Only egold holds the answer. This egold account is the one we use for all our business transactions (Including domain market, affiliate programs, adbrite/google adsense payments, etc...). With the limitation on this account and the possibility of it being blocked, we don't have much options to consider.
The moment we send out this email. we will disable the upgrade button in Autosurf.bz. However, we will not give up of course if egold does not cause us any additional trouble. We will do our best so that no one of you losses money in our program. We will try to refund each one of you an amount ranging from 100% to 120% of your upgrades. To support this process, we will also be offering advertising in our main forum,
www.etalkmoney.net So, the refund process will hopefully proceed as follows:
- We will be refunding only the upgraded members. This means that if free members have an old pending payout they will not be refunded.
- The first priority in upgrades goes to members who are active in our forum (eTalkMoney.net) since they will be supporting the refund process.
- Then, there are the recently upgraded members who have not received any payouts yet. These members will receive 100% to 120% of their active upgrade amount, provided that they continue surfing daily till all their upgrades expired.
- Members who have been previously paid but are not in profit yet. Will also receive 100% to 120% of their active upgrade amount provided that they continue surfing daily till all their upgrades expired.
- Members who are already in profits will not be refunded.
As we have already mentioned, the progress of the refund process depends on e-gold.
In the meantime, we will publish a refund list in our main forum. Our support will be exclusively present in the main forum (And not other forums). If you have any questions or comments, you are welcome to post there. We would like to point out that any user who will insult or shows disrespect will not be refunded. We have established our relation from the very start on honesty and mutual respect and we will do our best to keep it this way.
During the refund period, Autosurf.bz will not be closed. It will continue to work as a traffic exchange site. If you are interested in traffic exchange, you are more than welcome after the refund process is completed, we might re-launch our program with a new script that will reflect the major changes in the industry.
