Hi Everyone, As we have said, there really are no words to explain how sorry we are about this disappointment. For the time being, there is no need to surf or Compound balances. PAC is officially on hold.In these few weeks our first priority is to gather some funds, we have already sent off a bankwire that will earn us a considerable sum of money.In 6 weeks or sooner PAC will resume ,with what plan and how ,we will inform you as soon as we have decided on a recourse. Please note that if you complain to the PPs you will make it harder for everyone to recover from this situation. We can learn from the mistake that brought us to this stage in the first place,panic does not help.The only way way we can make it work is if we all play our part and support each other. On a bright ,albeit ironical note,we are now officially an IBC.We got our notification yesterday, a few hours after we sent the update. We are moving forward and we will do right by everyone. Dear Members, Thank you very much for your wonderful patience. We have completed processing all the current requests for refunds. You can read more about them in the email following this one. PAC will resume in 6-8 weeks. We did say 6, but there is no exact date yet as we will have to receive funds from the Trade we have invested in and then buy E-currency. PAC's Recovery Plan: 5% Daily for 25 Days 3% Referral Commission No Compounding Membership Fees, (Standby will remain free) - these will be paid from a pay processor only. Same Surfing Requirements. Min $1- Max $500 Daily For all members who chose to hold and are not in profit, you will have a certain % of your deposits as an adpack. We cannot at the moment say how much it is, it depends on the funds we are expecting. The rest of your refunds will be done in phases until you are paid a 100%. The status of refunds will be posted on the site. We would like to be very upfront and say now that this will only work if we have your support. We will gauge the interest for 25 days. No Referral Commission payouts will go out in that period. If after 25 days we feel the interest can sustain the program, we're in business. If it's not there, we will refund all fresh deposits in full and close PAC down. You and us will have equal responsibility to re-build PAC. Once again, we are not seeking to blame, but we did our very best as admins. We are still baffled as to why a simple site enhancement would send a high percentge of you in a panic. We understand that in this industry members have learnt to look for Red Flags and Push the Panic Button. But payouts were within 24 hours, there was no unprecedented hikes in Maximums, the plan was not adjusted, no RC reductions. So, how did a site enhancement translate into a RedFlag? Once again, if you want PAC back to stay, please work with us. Trust that any enhancements we make are for your benefit. We commit to pay refunds from our expected income. Hi guys, This is how the refund procedure will happen: You will only get a refund if you are not in profit. By not in profit we mean your total deposits from a pay processor less your total withdrawals (rebates and commission) to a pay processor. We did not include compounds even though they were withdrawals you chose not to take out. If you deposited more than withdrew then you are not in profit. Members who requested a refund instead of waiting will have their accounts deleted once paid. After going through the list we have calculated a refund rate of 40%. So if you were out of profit by $100 you will recieve $40. We will start Alertpay refunds on Monday at 6pm GMT. You have until then to decide if you really want your refund. I would like to remind all those members who made claims to our pay processors and wrote demanding to be paid in full that you agreed to our Terms when registering and that those Terms clearly state the following: 5. Any deposit you make into Premium Ads Club is completely at your own risk. You agree to only deposit money that you can afford to lose. Past performance is no guarantee of the same future performance. You agree to hold all moderators and general members of Premium Ads Club harmless of any liability for any losses that you may incur. Also it states in the FAQ: Is there a refund policy? Sorry, all transactions are final and there are no refunds whatsoever. All deposits/advertising fees are final. When you signed-up in the program, you agreed to this policy. Just to review the whole refund situation. Those requesting a refund now will be paid 40% of any deficit in the account and their account will be closed. All members either in or not in profit will have a percentage of their current adpacks added to their account to earn from. Additionally, those NOT in profit, will have an amount set aside to be paid. This amount is the balance on their non profit and the % adpack value. Kazzy and EL |
