We would like to follow up with our members regards to the new DDoS mitigation devices that have been implemented on the network on 4/28/2013. The new DDoS mitigation system is working fantastic, but additional configurations are needed to better handle packet inspection. Packet inspection is part of the DDoS mitigation system to identify the good traffic and the bad traffic. By adjusting packet inspection, we'll be able to filter more complex (SYN Flood, HTTP GET/POST, etc...) attacks more quickly and robustly.

We would like to inform you that you may experience disruption of network connectivity in 15 - 30 minute intervals on 4/30/2013 between the hours of 8:00 AM EST - 12:00 PM EST. We do not anticipate this maintenance to take more than 3 hours. We appreciate your cooperation in this continues maintenance and we are confident this will be the final maintenance.
