Взломали почту на которую регился полонекс, написал в тикет, пришел ответ:

[email protected]” with subject “Successful Login from New IP” and use the link in it to freeze your account.
Make sure to disable any remote assistance software that may be running on your computer and also scan the computer for possible malware.
Your ticket Type has been adjusted so that we can assist you in the best way possible, please do not change the ticket Type fields or you may experience delay.
