This email is sent out to all clients who have contacted us in regards to the seller "extrareturn.com". In our recent contact with the seller, he has advised us that they will resolve all issues and we have agreed to instruct all clients requesting assistance to contact the seller at the following email address: "
[email protected]" and request their assistance.
The seller is given 2 weeks to resolve all pending issues. If your issue is not resolved ensure to contact us after the 2 weeks have elapsed. Any claims submitted later than 3 weeks will not be accepted.
Furthermore we encourage all clients once submitting a dispute to do so by opening one ticket only. One ticket is sufficient enough and can contain multiple transaction details as long as they are all related to the same seller. By opening multiple emails in regards to the same issue only results in delays and it is not allowed.
