Так, я что-то не понял видимо. Почему я должен искать где-то свои деньги, писать куда-то, если я сделал вклад через Перфект?

Там была часть стаб фонда, но не весь фонд. Есть и его остальная часть. Плюс деньги, находящиеся в работе в бук.конторах. Этого вполне должно хватить, чтоб расчитаться со всеми инвесторами, пусть хотя бы без набежавших процентов.

А тут я понимаю намёк на то, что все кто через Перфект вложился, вам просто не повезло, ищите теперь свои деньги?

Ребят, вы что, совсем подурели? О каком возвращении денег вы говорите, о каких PM и Спорт Арбсах, 5 месяцев прошло, никто ни чего не получал, одни пустые обещания, и какие то доработки....

Да просто смешно, какие письма в PM, какое возвращения..... Если играете в хайпы, то всегда нужно знать о последствиях в этих хайпах.

тут уже спортарбс хороши, очень некрасиво поступают. Обнуляют понимаешь ли счета инвесторов, сделавших депозит в перфектмани. Ну где тут логика?

Я сделал депозит, деньги пошли в работу по ставкам. Причём тут то, что стаб фонд был там? А деньги которые в работе где? Тоже чтоли заблокированы?

А какой смысл это делать, если бы деньги были у них на банковском счёте как утверждают PM. Если у них в руководстве сидят идиоты, то спор отпадает сам собой.

Я хочу спросить у знающих, куда можно официально обращаться в таких случаях?
Все таки предполагаю, что кинули народ на несколько лимонов, а это преступление в особо
крупных размерах. Не думаю, что это надо так просто оставлять.
Требовать надо только с СА, так как они всех и кинули.
А то, что их РМ кинул, так по моему это сказочка для нас всех.
Будь я на месте СА и у меня РМ уводит несколько лимонов зелени, то без суда не обойдется.
Но они даже не жалуются, почему?
По всей видимости потому, что деньги все они вывели, что и подтверждает РМ, и жаловаться им не
на что. Обязательства перед нами имеет СА, а не РМ. Вот с СА и надо спрашивать.

Согласен, что требовать надо с SA, но никаких договоров мы не подписывали и прав следовательно никаких не имеем,так что никто нам ничего не вернёт, а просто будут спихивать один к другому.

Задал вопрос PM попросил прислать вывод спортарба с счёта !Получил стандартный ответ который всем пишут там ни слова о просьбе!

This is to address the "information" that Sportabs has been spreading lately.

Perfect Money has terminated the Sportarbs account due to an obvious fraudulent scheme utilized by Sportarbs. While the account of Sportarbs had a significant balance; its own customers remained unpaid. Slightly later, the funds have been withdrawn to a bank account. All of this happened before the Sportarbs account has been blocked.

Perfect Money has blocked the account once it was clear that Sportabs are withdrawing the funds to their own bank account, instead of paying to the customers. This company knew about their obligations to the clients, yet they chose to avoid paying.

At this point the account of SportAbs is empty, as almost all the funds have been withdrawn a month prior to the account termination. The remaining balance has been refunded according to the date and time when the money was transferred to the account.

Perfect Money Finance Corp. has fulfilled all of its obligations before Sportarbs.

All Sportarbs's bank transfer withrawal requests have been fulfilled and
we are in possession of all necessary documentation in that respect.
There is no outstanding obligations to Sportarbs on our part.

the moeny a while ago and if they intend to make a deposit with us we
will certainly refund your money.

There is no such thing as "Stabilization Fund" in our possession, as I
doubt that Sportarbs has a stabilization fund.

I would strongly advise you press hard on Sportarbs as to where your
money really is.

have taken all possible measures to minimize your losses.

We recommend you to contact authorities as soon as possible on this matter. Perfect Money
will assist the international and national law enforcement agencies to bring this matter
to justice.

About SportArbs operations:

Sportarbs is a classic Ponzi scheme. A Ponzi scheme is a fraudulent investment operation
that pays returns to investors from money paid by subsequent investors, rather than from
any actual profit earned. This kind of schemes are bound to collapse sooner or later as
they constantly require new investors to pay the profits for the previous ones. This
collapse is happening now.

Why is SportArbs a ponzi scheme:

- New deposits were used to pay for the old ones (obvious from the behavior on the account)
- No deposits of profit from Sportarbs.
- Unrealistic profits
- Numerous complaints received from unpaid investors while Sportarbs account was active.


Sportarbs will surely try to point the blame at anyone without providing evidence and details
in regard to their statements. This is in line with behavior of a Ponzi scheme operator.
The bottom line here is that Sportarbs are in possession of your money, you have made deposits
to their account and they are responsible to refund you upon your request.

Obviously there is no such thing as "Stabilization Fund" in our possession, just as I strongly
doubt that there is such fund at all.

It looks like Sportarbs intend to continue attracting new funds and new clients. Chances that
they will fulfill their obligations are illusionary at best, particularly before the new
